Estalky E966P is an android PoC radio with NFC ,With IP68 protection which is dust-proof, waterproof, and meets the military standard MIL810G, while the large 4 inch multi-touch display supports glove and wet operations.
Two SIM card slots allow far greater coverage than on a regular smartphone. The device is also equipped as standard with an integrated NFC function in addition to Bluetooth.
